Year's Gaol For Theft
Percy Lewis Short, 54, salesmanman, was found guilty of having, on June 16, 1938, stolen ?65, the property of Frank William Crane, was sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment with hard labour by Mr. Justice Henchman in the Criminal Court yesterday.
Mr. J. A. Sheehy prosecuted, and Mr T. D. McCawley (instructed by Messrs. Delaney and King) appeared for Short.
